Everyone is an expert on everything all of a sudden.
It's perfectly fine to receive advice from people you trust in your circle. But it's important to avoid advice from people who don't live what they preach.
If you're having financial issues, would you get advice from someone who doesn't take care of their own money? Would you get relationship advice from someone who cheats on their spouse?
Would you hire a personal trainer who is obese and out of shape? I hope not.....
The point is, you must develop a trusted advisor council that you trust in many areas of your life. Find someone or a couple that you admire to give you relationship advice.
Doesn't have to be a personal trainer, but find someone you trust to give you fitness advice.

The most important thing that you can do is pay it forward by becoming a trusted advisor to someone else that admires you. When you get this solicited request it means you're showing the world that you're living what you preach.
